Rates Terms and Conditions
- Long term rates only applicable when full pre-payment is made with a signed lease contract
- All rates quoted are in United Arab Emirates Dirhams and excludes Municipality fees
- Daily rates are subject to 10% service charge
- The rates range are based on the various apartment sizes
- Security deposit is required for all long stay guests: AED 5,000 for One Bedroom and AED 10,000 for Two Bedroom Apartments
- Housekeeping services include:
- Monthly and long term rates - two full clean and one light clean per apartment per week
- Daily rate - daily cleaning service
Municipality fees:
- Daily Municipality fees is applicable at current 10%
- All rates quoted are subject to change without prior notice
- All rates include one covered parking space per apartment
- Additional car park is charged at AED 5,000 per annum and AED 500 per month
